1. Postage & Packing(UK only)

Postage and packing will be charged on all items, as shown on our current Price List.

In general, we dispatch all orders within 3 working days of receipt of an order, subject to clearance of funds and stock availability. If items are out of stock, we will advise you the expected delivery date, with an option to cancel your order if the time delay is too long.

2. Postage & Packing (outside of the UK)

Postage and packing via airmail. If the PayPal delivery calculation is less than cost, additional delivery cost may be incurred. Generally dispatched within 3 working days on receipt of an order, subject to clearance of funds and stock availability.

3. Payments (UK customers)

1. PayPal for credit/debit cards
2. Cheque payable to Gentle Touch Healing drawn on a UK Bank

4. Payments (Overseas customers - outside UK)

1. PayPal for credit/debit cards
2. Cheque in UK Sterling (£) drawn on a UK Bank
3. International money order drawn on a UK Bank (our bankers details are available upon request

1. All prices quoted are in UK Sterling (£).

2. All prices are inclusive of VAT.

3. Prices are subject to change without notice.

6. Multiple Quantity orders

If you are looking to order more than 3 items per product, please send us an email prior to ordering to ensure that we have the quantity in stock.

7. Products

We reserve the right to change and improve the design of our products without notice.

8. Returned Goods

Damaged goods may be returned for a full refund, providing we are notified within 3 days of receipt of the goods. Please carefully check all items when they are received to ensure no damage has occurred in transit.

9. Refunds

All refundmade will be less any charges incurred.

10. Healing properties

We cannot guarantee that any products, tools, information, advice offered on this web site or linked web sites or healing services given by our team of healers, will improve anyone's well-being or state of health. What might work one person may not necessarily work for another. We will not accept any responsibility of any adverse affects, however arising, that anyone may have from using these products, tools, information, advice or services given.

11. User's Risk

Although our products are comprehensively tested to ensure that they are safe to use. It must be clearly understood that they are used at the User's risk. Our products should at all times be used in a responsible manner. Some of them may contain small parts, and these products should be kept away from children. We do noy advocate our products as a substitute for tradional medical advice.
