Holistic Healing Centre Funding

Initial funding - We are currently looking into various ways of funding the project. The current estimated building cost are shown below:

Main Pyramid Healing Centre Building	up to £5 million
Gardens and Outbuildings	up to £0.25 million
Contingency	up to £0.25 million

Currently looking for Funding to commission a study to produce the actual project cost

Long term Sustainability - Once the Healing Centre has been built it will be managed by a small team of salaried staff supported by teams of voluntaries. The sustainability would be funded as follows:

Patient and Public Donations
Rent from Therapy Rooms
Rent from Seminar Room
Shop selling health foods and products
Organic Vegetable and Fruit sales
Café selling food and snacks

We are currently working on a Business Plan to validate the sustainability
